1. Submersible pump basic review and treatment

(1) Before the submersible pump is in place, the basic dimensions, position, elevation and bolt hole position should be reviewed to meet the design requirements, and the installation reference line should be released on the basis of the drawing position requirements. Submersible pump equipment installation should be carried out after the concrete strength meets the design requirements.

(2) Before the submersible pump equipment is in place, the dirt in the bottom of the equipment base or the debris in the anchor bolt hole must be removed. The foundation surface of the grouting area is chiseled, and the contaminated concrete should be cut.

2, submersible pump equipment in place and alignment, leveling should meet the following requirements:

(1) When the anchor bolt is placed, the bottom end should not touch the bottom of the hole, and the anchor bolt should be larger than 15mm from the side of the hole. The bolt should be vertical and the deviation of the verticality should not exceed 10/1000.

(2) The leveling of the submersible pump should be based on the horizontal opening surface, the extension of the shaft, the horizontal processing surface of the submersible pump base, etc., and measuring with a spirit level. The horizontal deviation of the submersible pump body should not exceed 0.1 per meter. Mm.

(3) Correction of the concentricity of the centrifugal pump coupling, measurement and calibration with a water level gauge, a dial indicator or a feeler gauge, so that the axis of the submersible pump and the shaft of the motor are kept coaxial, and the axial inclination should not exceed each meter. 0.2mm, radial displacement must not exceed 0.5mm

(4) When the submersible pump is looking for a leveling, the horn should be used to adjust the installation slightly.

3, submersible pump secondary grouting and anchor bolt fastening

(1) The submersible pump grouting should be cleaned and grouted with fine stone concrete (or cement mortar). The strength grade should be one level higher than the foundation concrete strength grade. It should be compacted during grouting and should not cause the anchor bolts to be skewed. And affect the installation accuracy of the equipment.

(2) Tightening the anchor bolt should be carried out after the poured concrete reaches 75% of the specified strength. After tightening the bolt, the contact between the nut and the gasket and between the mat and the equipment base should be good. The bolt must expose the nut 1.5-5. a thread.

4. The submersible pump inlet and outlet connections must meet the following requirements:

(1) The connection between the pipeline and the submersible pump flange shall be a stress-free connection, that is, the flange parallelism is good, and the pipe weight is not supported on the pump body.

(2) The connection of the suction pipe of the submersible pump shall have a reducer with a flat upper and lower slope. The horizontal pipe connected to the pump from the suction bell shall have an ascending slope so that no air is accumulated in the suction pipe to facilitate water absorption.

(3) Different diameter pipes, check valves and gate valves shall be installed on the outlet pipe of the submersible pump, and a pressure gauge shall be installed.
